Payment options
  • What forms of payment do you accept?
    We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express credit or debit cards. We do not process cash or COD payments, but we do accept money orders.
  • How do I pay with a money order?
    Simply mail us a copy of your "Check Out" page along with a money order for the exact cost of your purchase. Your order will be processed after your money order has been processed.
Placing orders
  • Can I place an order over the phone?
    Yes you can, place an order over the phone during our hours of operation on Monday to Friday, 8:30am 5:30pm EST. Otherwise; you can place an order on our secure website at any time.
Shipping
  • How soon will I receive my order?
    It can take anywhere from 5 to 10 business days before you receive your order; it all depends on your shipping address and the availability of the products you order.
  • Can I track my order?
    Yes you can. After you place your order, you will receive your tracking number via email; contact us if you do not receive this email. Delivery confirmation is also required on all orders; this is to ensure that you get your order.
Returns and Exchanges
  • What is your exchange/return policy?
    You are welcome to return or exchange your items within 30 days of your order. Your exchange will be processed, and you will be responsible for covering shipping and handling charges, as well as any price differences.
  • What about equipment?
    Commercial and home use equipment must be in new and unopened condition to process a return, and may be exchanged for the same item only if defective.
  • Do I need an RMA?
    Yes, all returns must have prior authorization. Returns without an RMA may face a delay in processing, or a denied return.
  • Do you charge a restocking fee?
    Yes we do. We charge a 15% restocking fee on all returns and exchanges. However, the restocking fee will be waived if you received a damaged or defective product.
  • Are shipping costs refundable?
    Unfortunately, shipping costs are not refundable. This is because shipping is part of the transaction, and not part of the product. However, if you receive a damaged or defective product, you will be refunded the full cost of shipping.

  • How do I unsubscribe from your mailing list?
    To unsubscribe from our mailing list, simply scroll to the bottom of our newsletter, and click on a link at the bottom that says "Click here to unsubscribe"; you will be unsubscribed immediately.
