Before returning the product to us, you are required to obtain an RMA number from one of our representatives. The RMA number allows us to process your order, and issue you a quick and hassle-free return. Products returned without an RMA number will not be processed, and as a result will not be eligible for exchange or credit.
Exchange items will be shipped after the original item has been returned and processed. Returned items will be subject to inspection, and charges will be assessed before a new item is sent out.
Customers who receive damaged items will be eligible for a full refund, and will not be responsible for any additional shipping or handling charges. However, customers will be held responsible for any damage that occurs to an item that they are shipping back to us for an exchange or a return.
With the exception of defective items, all returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
